1. Introduction

Ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) is an important experimental method developed in the 1940s to study the macroscopic properties and microstructures of substances. It makes use of the phenomenon of strong absorption of energy from microwave magnetic field by magnetic materials.

In magnetic nanostructures, a variety of spin wave patterns may play a leading role, so it is important to fully master these patterns for final device design and stability. These patterns can be accurately measured with ferromagnetic field by ferromagnetic resonance instrument. Ferromagnetic resonance instrument provides a perfect solution for magnetodynamic measurement.
